Inspired by the traditions of distillation in Scotland and Western North Carolina, Oak and Grist crafts 100% grain-to-glass artisan gin and whiskey using locally grown and malted grain. We've crafted each of our spirits to showcase a distinctively Appalachian character that speaks to our regions history and its native flavors.
